I'm Billy Vetter, an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer based on Long Island.
Strength training changed my life. It taught me confidence, discipline, and what consistent effort can do over time. That is why I became a coach.
Today, I work one-on-one with clients of different ages and experience levels — from teenagers learning their first push-up to adults focused on strength, mobility, and long-term health.
My coaching style is patient, direct, and focused on real progress. You do not need to already be in shape. You just need a willingness to start.
